- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour (sub 2 tbsp Chickpea flour if you're out of Coconut flour)
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk (I use Cashew Milk)
- 2 eggs (whole)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (or Butter, softened)
- 1 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup Truvia (granulated sweetener-I use the Truvia Baking Blend that still has some sugar but not so much sugar that I want to die.)
