- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- sweetened whipped cream (optional)
- chocolate syrup (optional)
- sliced strawberries (optional)

Directions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- In a KitchenAid Stand Mixer using the Wire Whip Accessory, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk, eggs and vanilla; beat until blended. Slowly beat in butter. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
- Bake waffles according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown. If desired, serve with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and strawberries.
