- 16 oz. applesauce
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- cinnamon

Directions
- Spread 2-3 Tbsp of applesauce over each crepe, leaving 1/2" border; roll up.
- Brush with melted butter. Pour remaining butter on hot skillet or chafing dish.
- Place filled crepes in skillet. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Heat until lightly browned on all sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Serve hot.
