- olive oil (for pancetta)
- 5 oz. pancetta
- 1 cup vodka
- 2 1/4 Tbsp. Calabrian chili paste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- all-purpose flour (for dusting pizza dough)
- olive oil (for pizza dough)
- fresh basil leaves
- Parmigiano-Reggiano (freshly grated, or Parmesan)
- 2.5 oz. smoked fresh mozzarella (or smoked fior di latte)
- 6 slices coppa (Italian dry-cured pork)
- curly parsley (for garnish, optional)
- olive oil (for serving)
