- 1 bag bean sprouts (small)
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch vietnamese mint (laksa leaves)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp. fried shallots (from Asian store)
- 4 Tbsp. roasted peanuts (crushed, optional)
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (or lemon)
- 2 Tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 1 chilli (Birds Eye, slice finely)
- shredded carrot (Pinch finely, optional)
