- 1 fresh bay leaves
- 250 mL beef stock
- sea salt (to taste)
- freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 400 grams spaghetti (dried, cooked according to packet instructions)
- Parmesan (freshly grated, optional)
- coriander (cilantro, finely chopped)
