- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (lightly packed)
- 1/4 cup mint leaves (lightly packed)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sweetener (Granulated, that measures like sugar)
- 1 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. chilli paste
- 2 tsp. lemongrass (paste)
- 2 Tbsp. peanuts (Granulated, unsalted and lightly roasted)
