- 1 inch fresh ginger (knob, peeled + diced)
- 1 chili pepper (fresno, seeded + diced)
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce (sweet thai)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned, lite or regular both work)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (chopped)

- pepper
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 4 cups mixed berries (I used raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- 2 cups sprouts (fresh)
- 1/2 cup peanut (toasted, chopped)
- 1/4 cup pinenuts (toasted)
- 1/2 mango (peeled + diced)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 avocado (pitted, peeled + sliced)
- 4 oz. goat cheese (or feta cheese, crumbled, omit if vegan)
- 1/2 cup edible flowers (optional)
