- 4 large garlic cloves (grated)
- 6 inches pita bread round (warmed in microwave)
- 1 cup beef (pulled)
- 1/3 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 slices Roma tomato
- 1/3 cup cucumber (chopped)
- sour cream (to coat the cucumber well, 1/4 cup or so)
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice (concentrate ok, optional)

- red onion (thinly sliced, as desired)
