I loved it. SO prefers scrambled eggs to baked eggs so maybe I'll make a scrambled version next time.
Also I didn't use liquid smoke and I added thyme and ground pepper.

i didnt know how much liquid smoke, as a result, not much flavor. i did 2tbls of green salsa on top which spiced it up.
