    2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Add the liter of water slowly, kneading together until the liquid is absorbed. Add the rest of the water and mix very well, in a span of approximately 5 minutes.
    3. Form the dough into balls about half the size of an orange, and flatten in your hands until it becomes a disc shape approximately 1 centimeter thick.
