- 22 water (cl., lukewarm)
- salt
- confit (Garlic mousse)
- fresh mint (and Chili: Minthail)

Directions
- Put the flour, baking powder, water and salt in the bowl of your food processor.
- Knead using the dough hook for a few minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a clean cloth away from drafts.
