This is such a tasty, filling yet simple and wonderful recipe. I modified the recipe following the recommendation from Charlotte, who left her review below. Using honey instead of maple syrup was a great idea as it was limiting the amount of Sriracha to 1/4 teaspoon. For the vegetables -- I expanded the palette and added 4 celery stalks chopped to smaller pieces, 2 broccoli florets, one yellow pepper, and increased the amount of spinach, carrots and mushrooms. Everything was served with jasmine rice. This is such a fulfilling recipe. Highly recommended.

This turned out very good & was really very simple to make. The only change I’ll make next time is to cut the Sirache in half. A little heat goes a long way with me. Oh, and I did substitute maple syrup for the honey. This is a basic stir fry that I’ll make again and again.
