- 1/2 avocado (ripe)
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup artichokes (sliced)
- 1/3 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets (sliced)
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 red pepper flakes
- 2 eggs (I used Eggland's Best)
- 1/4 cup cheese (I used feta and shredded mozzarella)
