    I’ve had this twice now. It’s better with a fair bit of oil but obviously not as healthy in turn. But seriously a really good and easy dish that I’m planning to make again in the future

    Amazing!!! I used chicken, scallions, tomatoes, orange peppers, black beans,sharp cheddar and Parmesan. Turned out perfect no sauce needed. I let my meat season over night with salt,orange peppers and black peppers. Then seasoned my black beans with garlic powered ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Pretty good! A tad bland; more onion next time, and thicker tortillas to get more of a crunch. But really easy to make and something different from my norm :) Quick note: this is not as good when reheated
