- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like it hot!)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 5 cups vegetables (chopped, like broccoli, trimmed green beans, sliced red bell pepper, baby carrots, onions etc. Use whatever you like, or whatever you have on hand!)
