- 1 cup broccoli florets (small)
- 1 bunch chard (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger (fresh grated)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic (fresh, about 1 tablespoon)
- 5 Tbsp. avocado oil (or other high heat oil)
- 4 eggs (whisked)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt (if not using soy sauce)
