- 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 32 oz. soup (1 container Imagine Organic Creamy Potato Leek)
- 1/2 cup low sodium vegetable broth
- 4 oz. goat cheese (3-)
- 1 Tbsp. basil (chopped)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (1/4 -)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (1/4 -)
- 2 cups chard (ribboned, or chopped, stems removed)
