This was my first time doing chiw mein and it was excellent! I did not use lettuce or oil, and used canned mushrooms. I improvised with the ratio between vegetables and noodles but followed the soy dressing instructions to the dot. Very good dish and super easy to make.

Delicious!! I changed up the veggies a bit to suit our preferences, but it was so easy to make and so tasty! We added beef, snap peas, and bell peppers.

It was great! I used chicken broth instead of water and cooked the noodles in the veggies steaming in the broth. I also added chicken and sugar peas.

The meal turned out great. I had to add a little more spice but the family loved it.
