- 50 grams grated cheese (1¾oz)
- 1 handful porridge oats
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds (or sunflower, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 400 mL milk (or vegetable stock)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 handful grated cheese (optional)
