- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. chili oil (or other high heat oil like coconut or sesame)

- 1 bunch cilantro (reserved for later)
- 2 ginger (minced and reserved for later)
- 3 Tbsp. miso
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (Braggs /, / tamari)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce (more if you want firey heat!)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 Tbsp. ginger powder (or 1″ minced ginger if you don’t have powder)
