Not quite enough flavor. I did not manage a full cook at 45 min. Perhaps I needed a larger dish and will try this again w/ more flavor in the cheese, longer cook time and using a bigger dish to place the peppers... for it LOOKED wonderful. So I have great expectatoins and willing to o another round.
