Can't believe all the good reviews. Stir frying veggies in salt/soy'and pepper is not my idea of a recipe, especially a vegetarian one. Where are all the flavours? Also where is the protein? This is not a healthy balanced meal. And 1 potato for 6 servings?? I adjusted recipe as follows: added peas, courgette, yellow pepper, used 4 potatoes, and for spices used ancho chili, Chinese five spices, sereh, djahe, Laos and smoked paprika. For protein I added beef (I fried the beef first with the spices then used the juices to fry the veggies) but to keep it vegetarian could add pulses or marinated tofu/tempeh. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it's colourful.

This was a great healthy side dish. We did it exactly as s and turned out beautiful next to our chicken and zucchini.
