    Me and my wife loved them. Even our kids liked them too. I did use sodium free black beans. And added garlic!

    The dish turned out great!
    Bomb.com thank you for the recipe, was able to sneak in some, blueberry cornbread. Made the stuffed peppers with quinoa, which made room for the bread!!!!
