Really really good. Used jasmine rice (rinsed, not soaked). The sliced onions and tomato on the bottom ended up getting a little burnt, so I suggest using two tomatoes (+ maybe some of your sauce) and putting your dutch oven on a simmer plate if you’re using a gas stove.
