- 1/2 cup wine (white is best, but red works too!)
- 2 cups egg noodles (cooked and drained)

Yummm! I used TSP for the meat substitute and added few more ingredients (mozzarella, extra mushrooms and cream cheese).

This was really good! Much more flavorful than my normal go-to veggie stroganoff. I did find it to be too thick so I added about half a cup of milk and a dash of vegetarian Worcester sauce

This is really good! Beef stroganoff was one of my favorite meals when I used to eat meat. This tastes just like it.
