- 1 sweet potato (thinly sliced)
- 2 carrots (thinly sliced)
- 2 tsp. green curry paste
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
- 13.5 oz. full fat coconut milk
- 13.5 oz. water
- 3 oz. seasoning (Raman nooldes, package discarded***)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 lime
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 1/2 bunch ramps (optional)
- 1 radish (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. scallions (chopped)
- basil (Torn, or microgreens, for garnish, optional)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Very good! I mixed it up quite a bit to accommodate for my own ingredients and picky tastebuds but it still came out great! Here's my version:
Sesame oil
Chili peanut sauce
Green curry paste
Minced garlic
Powdered ginger
Brown sugar
Powdered garlic
Chili Powder
Coconut milk/water
Frozen vegetables (corn, peas, green beans, carrots)
Sliced mushrooms
Radishes
3 packages of noodles w/o seasoning
Because this made so much already I left off the sweet potatoes, asparagus, ramps, and scallions, and it was still fantastic!
