- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg

- tomato pasta sauce (600g/21flozs. your favourite, I used a spicy one)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 20 sheets pasta (lasagne, to make 8 layers of pasta)
