- 1 cup frozen okra (or fresh)
- 1/2 tsp. canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup sorghum (uncooked)
- okra (and tomatoes for garnish, optional)
- cornbread mix ((I used Bob’s Red Mill) + optional 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed)
- 5 stalks chard ((stems + leaves), add more if making for a crowd)
