Excellent!! I prepared the lentils, Moraccian style, night before I served them. The potatoes were prepared early in the afternoon. I put it together in a cast iron pan, broiled for 15 minutes! Everyone raved about them. I did not use buttermilk. Whole milk was used. The recipe was doubled for 8 people. Fantastic!!
