Fantastic! Although, made as is = EXTREMELY spicy! I added a couple of cups of water and 2 cups of half and half to tone it down. I also added chicken bouillon paste, black-eyed peas (instead of corn) and a can of refried beans (again, toning down the spice.) I added more lime juice than was called for and garlic salt, as well. Huge hit with everyone.
