I baked about 10 mins longer for a firmer, more browned finish.
It smelled sooo good! I could barely wait to get to the gathering to try it. I got love from the vegetarians & meat-eaters alike for this easy but impressive recipe. I added some marinated cherry tomatoes for a lovely addition. Always wanted to make a quiche & this was a good 1st-time recipe.
