- 15 oz. black beans (can, rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (can, rinsed and drained)
- 15 oz. pumpkin puree (can, not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup corn (frozen roasted, we use fire roasted)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (plus 1 teaspoon)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- shredded cheese
- avocado (Sliced)
- sliced green onion
- jalapeno (slices)
- 4 cups cornbread (day old, cut into 1-inch cubes)
