- 1 red capsicum (large, / bell pepper, chopped, ~1 1/2 cups)
- 2 zucchinis (chopped, ~1 1/2 cups)
- 425 grams black beans (drained and rinsed)

Good and easy comfort food!! I only used one can (400 grams) of tomatoes and found it to be just enough. Don't hold back on the spices though!!!
