- 1 box mushrooms (I used Crimini)
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage (I used brussel sprouts)
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots (thinly)
- 1/2 cup green beans (thinly sliced, I did not use them)
- 2 eggs (beaten with a fork, optional - I did not use any)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 bunch green onion (diced)
- 1 tsp. pepper (powder)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili sauce (sweet and spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 Tbsp. corn starch
- salt (to taste)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
