- 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. black beans (Chinese salted, rinsed and chopped, optional)
- 1/3 cup mustard greens (preserved, or chopped kimchi)
- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry or dry white wine)
- 1 Tbsp. lower sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame paste (Chinese or Japanese, or no-sugar-added peanut butter + 1 tablespoon sesame oil)
- 1/4 cup lower sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey (or substitute coconut sugar for vegan)
- 2 scallions (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. chili oil (homemade or store-bought, or more to taste)
