Lots of flavor! My wife and I just received our first bag of Szechuan pepper and searched for a dish to try out our new spice arriving at this recipe. We made all of the sauce and topping but only half of the noodles so we could eat them fresh when we whip up the second half. Very easy to make and the taste was amazingly complex given the relatively simple ingredients.
