this was incredibly yummy! i thought it was going to be too spicy and id miss the meat but it wasn't at all! it was perfect!!!

It was really good. I had to use fresh tomatoes because I did not have canned. I added extra Cayanne pepper to give it extra spice. It was kind of bland. Very good texture though. I would make it again.

This was really good. I doubled the recipe and added mushrooms, celery, red bell pepper and chipotle field roast sausage. Slow cooked it for 5 hours.... need to get some vegan sour cream and chives to garnish next time. Really good!!
