- 1 cup coconut milk (I use Coconut Dream Original)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 14.75 oz. creamed corn (can)
- 1 chili (recipe vegetarian)
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (1 bag)
- 1/2 cornbread (recipe, batter)
- 1 scallion (chopped)
