- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup chopped celery

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. summer savory (dried, crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- fresh tomatoes
- chicken salad (Vegetarian, from above)
- 1 lettuce leaf (for each tomato)
- grated cheddar cheese (for garnish, optional)
