    I followed the recipe very neatly but the outcome was ( pardon my french) disgusting. I never knew that it was possible to make a cauliflower-jelly. The unsettling texture tasted like flour and was also slightly tasteless. I believe that the amount of corn starch in the recipe must be wrong, I would never recommend this recipe to anyone.

    Added a little too much corn starch so this was rather dry. Not sure if I did something wrong but I didn’t find this as flavoursome as the author suggested. Will give it another go in the future however.
