- 2 zucchini (depending on size of zucchini, use 2 if small)
- 1 red onion
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 can brown lentils (drained and rinsed, 400 gram tin)
- 2 cups passata
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. herb mix (tsp dried Italian)
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (tbsp)
