Great! Detox diets are not effective or healthy. Organs detox. Moderation and Mediterranean diet are better options. So, just enjoy this soup and add some lentils for protein.

It tastes better than the smell suggested. I used vegetable broth instead of just water, added rainbow chard and cooked it in my Instant Pot. I’ll make it again.

This soup was so delicious my son ate it. I made it a second time but used diced tomatoes with chiles, vegetable broth instead of water and added some black beans and some spinach. It was so good with that little kick!

This is an amazing soup, the only thing I substituted was beef broth instead of water. I love trying new things. But as a single person, I can only leftovers so many times. Day 3, I added sauteed pork and egg noodles. A great meal! I will definitely make this again!!!!

I used bwef bone brooth instead of water easy recipe thats great for more than onr meal

was delicious! didnt had fresh garlic but had garlic powder. Added lil extra ginger because i love it. Soup was great, nice crunchy bite. My Tip; cayenne is optional but it gave such a great zing. The cabbage absorbed it and it was Awesome.

This was so refreshing and definitely more filling than I expected!! I had insufficient amounts of certain veggies because I doubled the recipe last minute but just substituted with other veggies on hand and it still turned out delicious!
