- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 5 carrots (large, finely chopped (about 2 cups))
- 1 zucchini (large, finely chopped (about 2 cups))
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 sweet onion
- 8 oz. white mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes in puree (thick)
- 14.5 oz. beef broth (fat free reduced sodium)
- 1 lb. penn pasta, cook and drain (whole grain)

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in large saucepot over medium-high heat and cook carrots, zucchini, red pepper, onion and mushrooms 8 minutes or until tender and just beginning to brown. Stir in ground sirloin and salt and brown, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot penne.
