I have cooked like 3 times in my life and my family can be having critical haha. This was easy enough for me, super light and I got many compliments. I would highly recommend!

Very tasty. I substituted kale for spinach since all I had on hand. Could use any veggies with this recipe and it would be good. Served with mango and avocado broccoli slaw.

Thanks for wonderful recipe , definitely make it again! I added some bacon to make it not vegetarian.
