I made this tonight using the Instant Pot only. I substituted avocado oil for the sesame oil, Thai peanut sauce for the hoisin sauce and omitted the cabbage. I was shocked at how delicious this meal tasted. Cleanup was a breeze because everything is cooked using just the one pot. Next time I will add some chopped up fresh red bell pepper to the vegetables listed. This recipe is a definite keeper.
