I used a half cup of soy sauce and eyeballed the sesame oil. I also added a little water and it was just right. I don’t keep sugar in my house so I didn’t sweeten it at all and I liked it just fine. I used ezekial spaghetti for protein since we didn’t have meat. Will definitely fix again

It turned out way better then I imagined! I think using angel hair instead of actual lo mein noodles was brilliant. I ran out of soy sauce but I used teriyaki sauce instead and it worked out just as good. Will be making again!

Way too much pasta for the recipe. You either need to cut the pasta in half or add another bag of veggies. The sauce is good, I used low sodium soy sauce. Make sure you let the sauce soak into the noodles and stir the sugar into the sauce thoroughly!

Not good, the sauce proportions were not quantified appropriately and it ruined the taste of the Lo Mein

I didn't have sesame oil and substituted olive oil and still turned out delicious!

Yummy, taste better the second day as well as the seasoning settled in! I will definitely make it again!
