- 2 large zucchini (sliced)
- 1 cup spinach (precooked, frozen thawed used)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella (grated)
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 tsp. salt (and pepper)
- 1/3 tsp. coriander
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
