Delicious! I added onion and cut the pasta back to 10 ounces also I used canned petite cut tomatoes instead of fresh cherry tomatoes.

This was very good. It turned it into a cold pasta salad and added chicken to it and it came out wonderfully.

Omitted the salt. Added Italian seasoning and oregano to the vegetables as they cooked. I also did add grilled chicken caprese sausage to it. Then I baked it with the cheese. Came out so tasty!!!

It turned out great, although I did substitute a few of the vegetables with different things

It was vey good. I used Banza chickpea pasta (husband is diabetic), and used the basic technique, adding and subtracting ingredients to our taste. Used Italian seasonings in place of crushed red pepper. Added chopped onion to zucchini, summer squash, and tomatoes. Sauted’ veggies in olive oil and butter, then added enough chicken broth to simmer veggies to desired bite. Added frozen corn. Added couple tablespoons of tomato paste and some Alfredo sauce, as well as a splash of white wine. Threw in some fresh spinach too. Would like to add Italian sausage or chopped pepperoni next time. A great basic recipe to use what ever you may have on hand.

Easy and delicious! I didn't have fresh basil, so used dried and it was still very yummy!

It was good! I changed it up a little adding fresh asparagus and broccoli. My family loves it!

We just used corn and squash as the veggies but it was still delicious! Our new favorite pasta! Planning on adding more veggies next time like zucchini and other tomatoes.

Love it! This is now my favourite pasta ever. It ticks all the right boxes: it's sweet, creamy, healthy and above all very easy to make.
Tip: the second time I made this with a combination of cherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes, which adds a little more depth to this already delicious dish.
