these turned out so well! i love that they are baked. dipped in sweet chili sauce. use a food processor attachment to shred everything if you have one!

I followed the directions but I heated the oven to 400. Would probably be better deep fried.

This was an absolutely delicious recipe! I bought a bag of shredded and diced up vegetables. It was a broccoli coleslaw blend instead of cutting up all of my own veggies. It’s saved a bunch of time and was absolutely delicious. Also, due to time, I panfried the egg rolls. They were so, so delicious!

Absolutely delicious. I added a few red pepper flakes and cooked them for 10 minutes at 400 degrees in my air fryer. Phenomenal!
